Two tourist centers will be built in Bashkortostan.

By decree of the Head of Bashkortostan, land plots have been leased to three companies without a bidding process for investment projects. Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) will build an elite guest complex, "Eco-Village 2," on 17.5 hectares of land in the Tashbulatovsky Village Council of the Abzelilovsky District, near the Metallurg-Magnitogorsk Ski Resort. MMK's investment is 350 million rubles.

Novo-Group will build a second tourist center, "Inzerskoye Plato," in the Arkhangelsk District, with an investment of 620.8 million rubles. The 3.6-hectare plot has been allocated to the village of Asy in the Lipovsky Village Council. Alan has received a 2-hectare plot of land in the village of Dorogino, Ufa District, for the construction of a hotel complex with a store and food service outlet. The investment volume is 75 million rubles.

All projects were reviewed at Investment Hour at the House of the Republic, receiving approval and priority status, guaranteeing them state support. The most popular request is a land lease without a competitive tender.
