Ufa has approved the development project for blocks KZ 1 and KZ 59, part of the large-scale "Southern Gate" Integrated Residential Development Project. The corresponding order was published on the websites of the Ministry of Construction of Bashkortostan and the Ufa administration.
According to the documentation, the planned area is suitable for high-rise residential development, as well as social, commercial, engineering, and transport infrastructure.
As a reminder, the "Southern Gate" project envisions the integrated development of three Ufa districts: Kuznetsovsky Zaton, Kooperativnaya Polyana, and Tsveta Bashkirii. Each of these districts has a distinct development pattern, and further development will take these characteristics into account. In total, the project plans to build 1.9 million square meters of housing, and including existing buildings, the total housing stock will be 2.8 million square meters.
