Abkhazia airport has received permission for air service with Ufa
The Abkhazia airport has received permission to operate flights to Ufa and Nalchik. This was reported in an interview with TASS by the Minister of Economy of Abkhazia, Teimuraz Mikvabia.
As Teimuraz Mikvabia noted, Abkhazia is placing great emphasis on developing transportation, including air travel, and "at the moment the results are absolutely positive."
"We have excellent contact with the Russian transport authorities, and relations with various regions of the Russian Federation are being established. We have already received permission for air service to several cities. Thus, we now have permission for flights to Ufa and Nalchik," said the Minister of Economy of Abkhazia.
