Nineteen-story building will be constructed on Zorge Street in Ufa
It will be part of a new residential complex.
By decree of the Ufa city administration, amendments have been approved to the planning and land surveying projects of the block between Rikhard Zorge Street, Goroda Halle Street, Bolshaya Grazhdanskaya Street, and a projected street in the Oktyabrsky district. The 19-story building will appear next to a 10-story residential building at Zorge 17/8 and a 7-story administrative building at Zorge 17/4.
The new high-rise residential building is designed with an integrated fitness and wellness center and a two-level parking lot for 100 cars.
