Republic of Bashkortostan exported 640 tons of processing waste
31 batches of useful products were sent to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
From January to August, flour-milling enterprises of the Republic of Bashkortostan sold abroad 639 tons of wheat and rye bran. These are by-products of production that contain many beneficial substances and properties and are used in diets by supporters of a healthy lifestyle. Similarly, bran is widely used in animal husbandry as a valuable feed additive. All products were inspected and sent with export certificates, as reported by Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Bashkortostan. In the first eight months of last year, 1.65 thousand tons of bran were sold abroad.
