Warehouse for construction materials will be built in Salavat

By order of the Head of Bashkiria, a site in the city of Salavat has been provided for lease without bidding for the construction of a warehouse for metal structures. The investor is OOO Spektr. The project, with an investment volume of 35 million rubles, previously received priority status, accompanied by a guarantee of state support.

A warehouse with an area of ​​900 square meters will be located in the northern industrial area on Nurimanova Street, occupying a site of approximately half a hectare, with a cadastral value of 2.4 million rubles.

The commissioning of the new facility is planned for early 2028. The warehouse will enable the prompt provision of materials to construction sites, including those in the Alga special economic zone.
