We are referring to the subsidized hiring program, which receives support from the national project "Personnel". Within this framework, the state financially supports employers in hiring veterans of the SVO, family members of deceased participants in a special operation, parents with multiple children, and others.
Companies are reimbursed for expenses in the amount of the minimum wage, increased by the amount of insurance contributions to state extra-budgetary funds and a regional coefficient. In 2025, this is 33,600 rubles. The employer receives such a payment three times: after the first, third, and sixth months from the date of employment of the employee.
According to the regional Ministry of Labor, 485 employers received such a subsidy last year.
Please note that legal entities, non-profit organizations, and individual entrepreneurs can rely on support through the subsidized hiring program. To receive support, the employer must apply for a personal account on the Unified Digital Platform for Employment and Labor Relations "Work of Russia", specifying the list of vacancies.
