Ufa to change development project for area in historic center
Ufa has issued permission to amend the 2012 land survey project for the area bounded by Aksakov, Kommunisticheskaya, Gogolya, and Sverdlova streets, in terms of land plots with an approximate area of 2.07 hectares of city land. The corresponding resolution was published on the city administration website.
According to the documentation, changes to the project must be prepared taking into account the boundaries of cultural heritage sites, the boundaries of newly identified cultural heritage sites, and the boundaries of zones with special conditions for the use of the territory.
The developed and approved project must be submitted to the Ufa Main Architecture Department within one year from the date of adoption of the resolution.
