Mortgage market grew in second quarter in Bashkiria

In April-June 2025, residents of Bashkiria received 8 thousand mortgages - 53% more than in January-March. Their monetary volume increased by 73% compared to the first quarter to 28 billion rubles. The region's share in the all-Russian number of mortgages amounted to a noticeable 4.4%, according to Dom.RF.

In terms of activity in the mortgage market, Bashkiria rose two positions to 5th place - more mortgage loans only in Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, and the Tyumen region.
