Bashkiria shipped 33000 cubic meters of lumber abroad

Since the beginning of 2025, Bashkiria has exported almost 33 thousand cubic meters of lumber to neighboring and distant countries. As reported by the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the republic, all products made from Bashkir wood meet the requirements of importing countries.

All 792 batches of processed wood products received phytosanitary certificates. Boards, beams, and round timber before shipment to Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan underwent inspection and registration by specialists of the plant quarantine department of the territorial administration of the supervisory agency. During the same period last year, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Republic of Bashkortostan monitored 44,134 cubic meters of sawn timber shipped to Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Vietnam, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, the United Arab Emirates, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.
