Ufa-Chelyabinsk commuter train carried 2500 passengers
This is the result for the first four days of the route's operation.
The Lastochka commuter train carried 2.5 thousand passengers from Ufa to Chelyabinsk in four days of the route's operation. The interregional route was launched on August 1. This is the first commuter train launched between these cities. The South Ural Express "Dema - Chelyabinsk" runs every weekend.
Passenger traffic on commuter routes has increased by 30% over the past year. If in 2024 commuter trains carried 6,000 people daily, in 2025 - 8,000.
