Belaya Embankment development project prepared in Ufa
The construction of a thermal park, a river terminal, restaurants, and infrastructure facilities is planned.
The Ufa administration has approved the project for the planning and surveying of the territory of Naberezhnaya Street. The main transformations are planned at different ends of the site - on one side, from the descent along Perovskogo Street to the ascent to the Water Tower along the "Ufa Necklace" trail, and under the Friendship Monument, on the other.
Not far from the ascent to the tower, it is planned to place a 4-story administrative building, a parking lot for 350 cars, a thermal park with three outdoor swimming pools and saunas, and a treatment facility.
Further along the line, under the monument to Salavat Yulaev and closer to the main ascent to the Congress Hall, a 2-story restaurant complex and a 1-story cafe should appear.
A river terminal and a restaurant are planned to be built at the Southern Gate.
It is also planned to install additional fire reservoirs and a boiler house on the Embankment territory.
