180 elevators in residential buildings will be replaced in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, the regional operator of capital repairs of houses will select the contractor for the replacement of 180 elevators. The initial cost of the work is 2.4 billion rubles. This information is posted on the state procurement website.

Elevator replacement is planned in Ufa, Kumertau, Neftekamsk, Oktyabrsky, Salavat, Sterlitamak, as well as Beloretsky, Blagoveshchensky, Ishimbaysky, Meleuzovsky, and Tuymazinsky districts of Bashkiria. The work must be completed by November 2027.

In 2025, all elevators with expired service life in apartment buildings will be replaced in Bashkiria, namely 620 elevators in 231 buildings. According to the RB Capital Repairs Fund, 304 elevators in 104 buildings have already been replaced. Currently, work is underway to replace 79 elevators in 40 buildings.

Taking into account the replacement of 620 elevators in 2025, 4,865 elevators, or 40% of their total number, will be replaced in the republic. About 13.5 billion rubles, or 33% of the total funding for the capital repair plan, has been allocated for this.

"In the following years, we plan to carry out only scheduled replacement of elevator equipment," said Irina Golovanova.
