Radiy Khabirov told what grain harvest expected in Bashkiria

The head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov told about what kind of grain harvest is expected this year in the republic.

"We are very dependent on weather conditions. But our spring field work was organized. And now the weather seems to be favorable, if there is no cataclysm, then the harvest will be good and we really hope for it. I am very pleased with another point. It was always believed that agriculture is somehow inflexible, does not meet modern challenges. This is not so. You see, even our crop production structure is changing. The grain price situation is not very favorable now, so we immediately regrouped, began to plant oilseeds: rapeseed, soybeans, flax. New forage crops have appeared.

We really hope that if we respond to the needs that exist in the economy, then it will be good. Well, and every time I say that things will not work if we do not help with technology. We subsidize quite seriously. The harvesting period is short, in order to collect everything on time, powerful equipment is needed. Field Day will now be the basic point of connection of science, modern methods of land use, agriculture," said Radiy Khabirov.
