Bashkiria entrepreneurs received property rental benefits

This is more than two times higher than last year: for the same period of 2024, the privilege amounted to about 12 million rubles, the Ministry of Economicity of the Republic of Belarus said.

According to Natalya Polyanskaya, Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Belarus, one of the significant measures of support for the SME in the region was a specially developed preferential procedure for renting state property. Now the subjects of SMEs and self -employed can pay only 40% of the amount of rent in the first year of rent, in the second - 60%, then 80%, and only in the fourth year you will have to pay 100% of the rent.

Over the first half of 2025, the Ministry of Economicity concluded 39 lease agreements with 35 SMEs in relation to state property with a total area of about 18 thousand square meters. These objects were leased to small business on preferential conditions.
