Bashkiria will completely switch to digital construction

A government decree regarding the maintenance of technical documentation during the construction and repair of facilities built using funds from the republican budget comes into force in Bashkiria. Working with electronic documentation becomes mandatory from September 1, 2025.

“The key tool will be working in the information system for managing state customer projects. The system has been actively implemented in the republic since the beginning of 2023. Bashkiria has become one of the first regions to prepare for the transition to digital,” commented Artem Kovshov, head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Bashkiria. Among other regions, Bashkortostan became one of the first republics where a license agreement was concluded, a “road map” was approved, the transition of executive documentation to electronic form was regulated, and many other organizational issues were worked out, noted the acting Minister of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Bashkortostan Artem Kovshov.
