Mortgage issuance increased by 4% in month in Bashkiria
The average bill decreased by 100 thousand rubles, and the average term - by three months.
In June, residents of Bashkiria received more than 2.35 thousand mortgage loans (in May - 2.27 thousand) in the amount of 8.85 billion rubles (in May - 8.68 billion).
The average mortgage bill was 3.72 million rubles - 2%, or 100 thousand rubles, less than the May level.
The average mortgage term decreased by 90 days to 22 years 4 months, according to the United Credit Bureau.
The average rate in June was 24.9% per annum.
For comparison: in 2023, with the rapid growth of the market in the region, an average of about 10.5 thousand mortgages were issued monthly.
In May of this year in Bashkiria 63% of the issued and 82% of the monetary volume were for new buildings.
