On June 19, at the site of the XXVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an agreement on cooperation in the field of unmanned aviation was signed between the State Transport Leasing Company (STLC) and the government of Bashkortostan.
Recall that, within the framework of the national project "Unmanned Aviation Systems" and under the state civil order, STLC has already delivered 16 UAS of the Geoscan 801 model to the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Bashkortostan for a total of 24 million rubles. By the end of 2025, the department will also receive 2 more drones of this model.
“The Republic is acquiring a large number of civilian drones, in particular for the fire service and the Ministry of Forestry. This is a significant step in strengthening our infrastructure. It is equally important that we collaborate with the company regarding passenger transport purchases. We plan to continue purchasing modern buses in the interests of our residents,” said Radiy Khabirov.
As part of the signed agreement, the parties plan to identify the most promising areas of drone application in the region, promote the improvement of the regulatory and technical framework for drone use, and participate in the development and implementation of specialized educational programs.
