

Almost 80% of expenses are directed towards salaries, benefits, and other social obligations.
The republican treasury expenses in January–March 2025 amounted to 64.86 billion rubles — almost 19% of annual costs. The Ministry of Finance of Bashkiria reported on the budget execution for the first quarter.
Traditionally, expenses on the social sector have taken up the largest share, at 79.4%. Of these:
spending on social policy 35.3%, or 22.9 billion rubles,
on education 24.8% — 16.09 billion rubles,
on healthcare 14.6% — 9.47 billion rubles,
on culture and cinematography 2.6% — 1.69 billion rubles,
on physical education and sports 0.9% — 601.6 million rubles,
on housing and communal services 0.7% — 449.4 million rubles,
on the media 0.4% — 206.9 million rubles,
on environmental protection 0.1% — 65.4 million rubles.
Spending on the real sector of the economy amounted to about 7.83 billion rubles (12%).
Tranches to municipal budgets accounted for a share of 3.9%, amounting to more than 2.53 billion rubles.
Other expenses — 3 billion rubles.
The republican treasury's revenues in January-March of this year amounted to 56.23 billion rubles, and the budget for the year as a whole was drawn up based on planned revenues of 337.6 billion rubles and expenses of 347.4 billion rubles.
