At a meeting of the government commission on regional development, issues related to housing and road construction, as well as the implementation of the national project "Infrastructure for Life", were discussed, along with the President's instructions on further development of the construction industry.
Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin named Bashkiria among 18 regions with annual positive dynamics of housing commissioning and housing construction volumes. He also noted Bashkiria among the areas that have already achieved the 2030 national project indicator for housing commissioning per capita, at least 0.82 square meters per person.
In addition, Bashkiria, along with Moscow, the Moscow region, and St. Petersburg, was among the 11 areas that made the largest contribution to housing construction from 2020 to 2024, having commissioned more than 10 million square meters of housing during this period. This year, the pace of housing construction in Bashkiria continues to grow. To further develop the regions, new tasks have been set: reducing the construction time of facilities, intensifying work on housing and road construction, and modernizing infrastructure.
