3 thousand climbers visited Aigir
In Bashkiria, 3 thousand climbers visited Aigir during the holiday weekend. During these days, the Russian Cup in rock climbing was held in the Beloretsk region. To ensure comfortable travel for everyone, the train compositions were doubled, from five to 10 cars, the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Bashkiria reported.
The Aigir Mountain Express, a high-speed electric train running from Ufa to Aigir to Beloretsk, was launched on May 1. On weekends, the modern Finist train is put on the route. Last season, from May to October, the express carried 76 thousand passengers, 1.5 times more than in 2023.
