Bashkiria announces recipients of Agrostartup Grant

39 aspiring farmers have won this year's Agrostartup grant competition. A total of 170 applications were submitted, of which a quarter made it to the finals, the press service of the RB government reported.

The grant amounts range from 1.5 to 7 million rubles. The total amount of state support will be 175 million rubles — 17% more than in 2024 (149 million rubles). The main condition is that the project be co-financed by the farmer in the amount of at least 10% of the costs.

Small businesses in Russia have been supported by national projects since 2019. Over the past five years, the "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives" program was in effect. Since this year, the new national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy" has been implementing business development tasks.
