Procedure for obtaining land has become twice as fast in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, the procedure for issuing land plots for business purposes has been expedited at least twice. Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic, Natalia Polyanskaya, spoke about the bureaucratic mechanism at a business breakfast as part of the Entrepreneurship Week.

The decision to hold an auction is now made in 30 days instead of two months, and the period for publishing the notice has been reduced from 30 to 10 days.

The winner of the auction receives the contract within five days instead of 10, and the period for signing it has been reduced from 30 to 10 days.

During the event, entrepreneurs were able to ask questions and received detailed explanations. For example, a businesswoman from the Chishminsky District asked about renting land for a greenhouse farm. Another participant in the meeting inquired about the procedure for registering ownership of a cultural heritage site for its restoration and adaptation for use as a catering establishment.

“The head of the republic considers each project related to the development of the region. If the initiative meets all the requirements, it receives support,” the Deputy Prime Minister explained.
