Lending volume decreased by 10% per month in Bashkiria
In Bashkiria, lending continues to decrease steadily. According to the United Credit Bureau, in April, residents of the republic received 7% fewer loans, and their amounts decreased by 10%.
For comparison:
August 2024: 87.2 thousand loans worth 14.74 billion rubles,
September 2024: 67.4 thousand loans for 11.28 billion rubles,
October 2024: 50 thousand for 7.62 billion rubles,
January 2025: 38.75 thousand by 4, 65 billion rubles,
February 2025: 36.17 thousand for 4.68 billion rubles,
March 2025: 38.8 thousand per 6.12 billion rubles,
April 2025: 35.9 thousand loans for 5.53 billion rubles.
The March “step forward” quickly rolled back to the minimum of recent years. Recall that since the end of October 2024, the Central Bank has held a key rate of 21%, achieving market cooling. Compared to April 2024, the country's issuance of non-targeted loans “cooled” by 59%, and the volume was 67%. At the same time, despite the general decline in lending dynamics, Bashkiria remains in the first seven in the list of 50 credit-active Russian regions.
