Hotel for tourists will be built near Lake Talkas in Bashkiria

An entrepreneur from the Baimaksky District of Bashkiria received a plot of land to construct a hotel house through an auction. The hotel is planned to be built near Lake Talkas and rented out to tourists. The plot is 528 square meters and was leased for 30 months. This was reported on the government of Bashkiria's website.

New rules for holding land auctions, which came into force on March 1, 2025, allow entrepreneurs to implement their ideas effectively. According to these rules, the decision to hold an auction has been reduced from two months to 30 days, and the period for publishing a notice has been reduced from 30 to 10 days before the auction date. In addition, the period for preparing a contract for the winner has been reduced from 10 to 5 days, and the time for signing it has been reduced from 30 to 10 days.
