Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov held the first "Hour of Creative Industries".
The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy, Rustam Muratov, noted that 14 areas of creative industries have been identified in the republic. After consideration at the thematic hour, one of the proposals is to assign the status of a priority creative project with all the ensuing measures of state support. A Creative Industries Support Fund with a capitalization of 50 million rubles will also be created in Bashkortostan. Rustam Muratov proposed forming and launching a separate program to support creative industries. To receive state support, you must be on the register, including legal entities, entrepreneurs, and the self-employed.
"14 areas in the republic have been identified for creative industries. Investment hours were taken as a basis. We propose assigning the status of a priority creative project with all the ensuing state support measures," said Rustam Muratov.
As support measures, grants from the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, tax holidays, compensation for expenses related to working with marketplaces and online advertising, and other measures are proposed.
Seven pilot municipalities have been selected to work closely with entrepreneurs in this area: Ufa, Sterlitamak, Agidel, Sibay, Birsky, Chishminsky, and Beloretsky districts. It is also proposed to create a voluntary advisory position under the heads of municipalities, where advisors would be able to interact actively with creative people.
