New dairy farms to be created in Bashkiria for soft cheese production

The soft cheese production facility opened at the Belebeevsky Dairy Plant will be able to process more than 500-550 tons of milk daily. Milk must be high quality and meet European standards, so agricultural enterprises are creating industrial farms to provide the workshop with raw materials. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Bashkiria Ilshat Fazrakhmanov announced this at an operational meeting of the Bashkiria government.

He also specified that a new stage of the plant's development is currently being discussed.

The head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, highly praised the new production facility and the quality of the products. He noted that cheeses from Bashkiria are not inferior to imported ones.
