The head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, signed new laws establishing tax breaks for enterprises and organizations. The laws are aimed at developing digital infrastructure and overcoming personnel shortages in various industries. The press service of the State Assembly of Bashkiria reported the details.
The first law extends the investment tax deduction for telecom operators that implement socially significant projects, such as improving the quality of mobile communications. This will provide small towns with modern communications and enhance the quality of communications on regional highways. One example is improving communications on the Ufa-Beloretsk highway. The increase in the volume of mobile communications services, Internet traffic, and road infrastructure development will compensate for the loss of budget revenues by 65 million rubles.
The second law establishes an investment tax deduction of up to 50% of the profit tax for enterprises that donate equipment to colleges. According to the Chairman of the State Assembly, Konstantin Tolkachev, this measure is designed for 3 years. It applies to educational and laboratory equipment worth 1 to 50 million rubles. This is a direct incentive for business interaction with secondary vocational education institutions, which should affect the quality of training specialists needed for the economy.
