Unified utility bills introducing effect was assessed in Bashkiria

A report on the work of the client offices of Unified Information and Settlement Center of the Republic of Bashkortostan LLC was considered at a meeting of the State Assembly - Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan Committee on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development.

Irina Popova, General Director of EIRC LLC, the largest operator for calculating fees and recording payments for housing and communal services in the republic, made the report.

According to her, the company services more than two million personal accounts today and has 64 client offices, including six in Ufa. Particular attention is paid to convenience for the population. Instead of many separate receipts, citizens receive a single payment document that allows them to pay for all utilities in one place. Online services are also available: a client's account, a contact center, and integration with portals of state and municipal authorities. Digitalizing processes and introducing new technologies, including automated accounting of population data through the electronic passport office module, are of great importance. Irina Popova reported that the average waiting time in offices is about 18 minutes, and the average time to service one client is no more than 15 minutes, which meets the established standards. At the same time, during peak load periods, for example, after the formation of a single payment document, it is recommended to use remote service channels. Close cooperation with the MFC was also noted, allowing for the simultaneous registration of a change of home ownership and the re-registration of personal accounts, significantly reducing the administrative burden on citizens.
