Large shopping mall will be built near Ufa
The Minister of Trade of Bashkortostan, Azat Askarov, posted a picture of the future shopping mall in the village of Mikhaylovka in the Ufa region.
The area of the facility will be 2.4 thousand square meters. The building will house a store, a fitness club, and a food court.
It will be located along the M-7 highway, and all passers-by and residents of nearby villages will be able to visit it. The Ministry of Trade believes that the new complex will become a place for shopping and a new center for active recreation and communication. It is planned to have 27 jobs.
The 300 million ruble investment project was approved at the "Investment Hour" session and received priority status.
