Large-scale engineering project will be implemented in Ufa

A project for constructing water supply, sanitation, and power supply networks and facilities for the Nizhegorodka residential area in the Leninsky and Sovetsky districts will be developed in Ufa. The corresponding resolution was published on the city administration's website.

The construction of new utilities is necessary to support large-scale development projects implemented in Zaton and Zabelye. The total area of ​​the design territory will be 92 hectares.

According to the technical specifications, when developing the project, the planning project for the territory of the southwestern slope, limited by the railway, the edge of the Belaya River, the Zatonsky Bridge, and city streets, must be taken into account. The relief organization plan must also be developed taking into account the vertical planning of the surrounding streets.

The project must comply with current legislation, technical regulations, and the conditions of engineering services. Security zones along the entire route must be provided on the territory being developed.

The developed and approved project must be submitted for consideration to the Main Architecture Department within 18 months from the urban planning assignment's preparation date. The total deadline for completing the work is set until November 30, 2025, from the date of the municipal contract for the project's development.
