Bashkiria allocated 16 more plots for priority investment projects

Since the beginning of 2025, the Ministry of Land and Property of Bashkiria has provided investors with 16 land plots totaling over 84 hectares for the implementation of priority investment projects. The plots are intended for the development of key industries in the region, including education, medicine, tourism, road infrastructure, and veterinary services, the Government of the Republic of Bashkiria explained.

As Deputy Prime Minister of the Government—Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkiria, Natalya Polyanskaya noted, implementing investment projects not only stimulates healthy competition but also develops the economy, creates jobs, and improves the quality of life.

To receive state support by providing a land plot for rent without holding an auction, sending the relevant documents to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Bashkiria is necessary. Starting from 2023, the procedure for allocating plots has been significantly optimized. This significantly accelerates the start of project implementation, allowing investors to launch the construction of facilities and receive economic benefits quickly. In 2024, 37 plots with a total area of over 188 hectares were issued in 16 districts and cities of Bashkiria for investment projects in the agro-industrial complex, tourism, industry, and ecology.
