Ufa to change urban planning standards
Among the projects planned for adoption at the next meeting of the Ufa City Council are amendments to local urban planning standards. They are being introduced to increase fire safety for residents, as well as to ensure compliance with the law regarding free passage and the installation of fire and special equipment in the event of a fire.
The document outlines the requirements for arranging sites for fire trucks, with the possibility of unimpeded access to water sources, as well as the use of aerial ladders or platforms to reach any room or apartment. These sites must be designated with special markings, and parking vehicles on them is prohibited.
A decision on this issue will be made at the City Council meeting, scheduled for April 30.
