Healthcare funding exceeded 110 billion rubles in Bashkiria

More than 110 billion rubles were allocated for healthcare in Bashkiria in 2024. This was reported on his social networks by the Prime Minister of the Republic, Andrey Nazarov.

As the head of the regional cabinet emphasized, thanks to industry support, the provision of emergency medical workers increased to 6.6 per 10,000 people, a rise of over 16%. Major repairs were carried out at 68 facilities, and 135 modular structures were installed. 279 specialists received compensation totaling 280 million rubles.

"In 2025, we will open a new surgical building of the Republican Cardiology Center. We plan to put 6 clinics into operation: in Blagoveshchensk, Yanaule, Uchaly, and the villages of Askarovo, Askino, and Bakaly. In Akyar, we will open a branch of the Sibay Medical College, which should help train personnel for the Trans-Urals," Nazarov shared.

According to him, more than 20,000 diseases were identified, and timely treatment for patients was started.

"For the first time in the history of Bashkortostan, doctors of the center of children's oncology and hematology independently began to perform bone marrow transplants. Last year, three such operations were performed. In general, we are among the top 10 Russian regions in terms of the number of transplants," the Prime Minister of Bashkortostan noted.
