Ufa signs contract for Lenin Park improvement

Following a competition, The Ufa administration signed a contract to improve Lenin Park. According to the public procurement website, the work will cost 111 million rubles. The project will be financed from the federal, regional and municipal budgets within the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" and the federal project "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment".

Ufa residents cast the most votes for renovating Lenin Park in the all-Russian online ballot to select objects for improvement in 2025. A total of 44,510 people voted.

The old asphalt and utility networks will be replaced in Lenin Park as part of the improvement. CCTV cameras and additional lighting will appear on the territory to create a safe environment. Small architectural forms will also be installed here, a thematic and children's playground will be arranged, and trees will be planted. The bowls of the park fountains will also be repaired. The project proposes to restore the historical arch at the entrance area of ​​the central alley from Zaki Validi Street. The foundation stone of the stele is in honor of adopting the Declaration of State Sovereignty, and the four steles demonstrating the awards of the BASSR will retain their location.

The project for the improvement of Lenin Park is planned to be implemented in 2025-2026.
