Almost 400 real estate properties are available for rent in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Land and Property of Bashkiria has updated the list of available real estate properties in the republic intended for lease to small or social businesses. There are currently 396 of them on the list, which is published quarterly.

In January-February of this year, entrepreneurs signed 21 preferential lease agreements and 2024 - 102 preferential agreements.
