The Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for Bashkiria issued 90 phytosanitary certificates for 2,000 tons of unrefined sunflower oil prepared by the largest oil extraction enterprise from the Kuyurgazinsky District for export to China. Employees of the supervisory agency inspected and took samples in all 90 railway flexitanks containing vegetable oil.
Samples of sunflower oil underwent all necessary laboratory tests in the Bashkir testing laboratory, which is subordinate to Rosselkhoznadzor. Entomological examination did not reveal any dangerous quarantine organisms.
"Unrefined sunflower oil from Bashkiria fully complies with the phytosanitary safety requirements of the importing country. The products were shipped to a foreign counterparty," the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Republic of Bashkiria emphasized.
