Bashkiria showed best results in federal and national projects

Bashkiria showed the best results in work on federal and national projects. Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin named the leading regions, and the Russian government's press service reported this.

At the Commission on Regional Development meeting, issues of housing and communal services, road activities, and key tasks for the future within the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" were discussed.

The subjects that showed the best results in work on federal and national projects are the Ryazan and Voronezh regions, the Republic of Adygea, Saratov region, Zabaikalsky Krai, Kemerovo, Penza regions, Primorsky Krai, the Republic of Bashkortostan, Sakhalin region, Khabarovsk Krai, and Chelyabinsk region.

Marat Khusnullin thanked the relevant departments and regional teams for the work. He noted that the pace of work on the comprehensive national project "Infrastructure for Life," which has ambitious goals, continues to increase.

The deputy prime minister asked to step up the work, including reducing the investment and construction cycle. According to him, this would help build houses, schools, hospitals, roads, and other important facilities for people even faster while maintaining all the requirements for safety and quality of construction.

He named the primary task by 2030 to ensure that the entire cycle from idea to commissioning takes no more than 1 thousand days.

According to the president's instructions, another effective mechanism for writing off two-thirds of debt on budget loans appears to reduce the burden on the regions. Marat Khusnullin drew attention to the fact that at least half of the released funds must be directed to implementing Housing and Community Amenities projects and replacing elevators. Regarding road activities of the regions, he asked to take special control over monitoring the condition of the road surface and develop plans for comprehensive measures to expand the road diagnostics program. This work will continue within the national project "Infrastructure for Life," said Marat Khusnullin.

Minister of Construction and Housing and Community Amenities Irek Faizullin spoke about the progress of forming mechanisms that facilitate the development of the subjects of the Russian Federation, including in terms of modernization of public utility infrastructure, and also summed up the results of the programs and projects included in the national project "Housing and Urban Environment."
