First plane to Hainan departed from Ufa

The first plane to the Chinese island of Hainan (city of Sanya) departed from Ufa. The Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov, announced this. According to him, Aeroflot Airlines will operate regular flights twice a week.

"This is good news not only for those who love to travel. Direct flights open up opportunities for our economy and for our business.

The People's Republic of China is Bashkortostan's most important partner in the international arena, and the development of business relations is of paramount importance to us," the head of the republic wrote on his social networks.

Radiy Khabirov also added that planes fly from Ufa airport to 16 international destinations, and their number will grow. Thus, flights to Batumi will resume on April 24, and an additional flight to Istanbul will be launched on June 1. In addition, the issue of direct communication with Kazakhstan and opening a second flight to Minsk is being worked out.
