The Central Bank of Russia has restricted transferring funds abroad until September 30.
Russians and citizens of friendly countries will still be able to transfer no more than $1 million or the equivalent in another currency to foreign bank accounts within a month.
Through transfer systems — no more than 10 thousand US dollars or the equivalent in another foreign currency per month. Transfer amounts are determined at the official exchange rate of foreign currencies to the ruble on the date the bank receives the order for the transaction.
All foreigners working in Russia can transfer funds abroad in the amount of their salary.
Foreigners and foreign companies not working in Russia cannot transfer funds. This restriction does not apply to companies controlled by Russian legal entities or individuals.
