Mortgage loans has increased by 1.5 times in Bashkiria
In February 2025, residents of Bashkiria issued 1,237 mortgage loans totaling 4.13 billion rubles, with an average bill of 3.34 million. The United Credit Bureau provides this data.
The volume of mortgages issued in Bashkiria increased by more than 1.5 times, or 53%, compared with January (it was 2.71 billion rubles a month earlier). The number of issued loans increased by 46%, and the average bill increased by 4%.
Russians took out 41.55 thousand mortgage loans in February for 176.96 billion rubles. Compared with January, the number of issued loans increased by 49%, the volume - by 59%, and the average loan size - by 7%. The top three regions in terms of mortgage lending are Moscow, Moscow Region, and St. Petersburg. Bashkiria takes seventh place.
