In Bashkiria, number of issued credit cards decreased by 11%
In February 2025, residents of Bashkiria issued 36.33 thousand credit cards with a total limit of 4.06 billion rubles. The average limit of each card was 112 thousand rubles. Compared to January, the number of issued cards fell by 11%, and the total limit of funds decreased by 3%. At the same time, the average limit per card increased by 9%. The United Credit Bureau provides such data.
By the volume of credit card limits, Bashkiria is in 6th place in the top 50 regions. The top three are Moscow, Moscow Region, and St. Petersburg. In total, 1.15 million credit cards were opened in the country in February, with a total limit of 141.64 billion rubles. The number of issued cards decreased by 6% compared to January.
