Average salary in Bashkiria has become known
According to Bashstat, in 2024, the average monthly nominal accrued salary in Bashkiria amounted to 67,575 rubles; in the fourth quarter, it was 75,888 rubles. This is 18.3% and 19.9% more than in the same period of 2023.
In December last year, the average salary in the region reached 92,435 rubles with growth, increasing by 24.5% compared to December 2023. At the same time, the real accrued wage increased by 14.4%.
The accrued salary includes taxes and deductions from the employee. Social benefits received by employees from state and non-state extra-budgetary funds are not included in the wage fund and the average monthly salary.
