

Cian Analytics found that the difference between the most expensive and cheapest apartments in Ufa is more than 300% (3.1 times). Thus, the average price of 1 sq. m. in 10% of offers of the most expensive housing is 233.2 thousand rubles, and the average cost of sq. m. in 10% of options of the most affordable segment is 74.4 thousand rubles.
In Moscow, this gap is 6.2 times; in St. Petersburg, it is almost 4 times.
“The larger the city and the more diverse the structure of supply on the market, the greater the price range,” analysts explain.
And this range has grown: the difference was 2.8 times in Ufa last year.
