New logistics center will be built in Bashkiria
A new logistics center will appear in the Kushnarenkovsky district. The investor plans to build it in the village of Starye Kamyshly and make corresponding changes to the general plan and land use rules. The press service of the government of Bashkiria reports that the investor plans to invest 7.4 billion rubles in the project.
The construction project has passed public hearings. The investor is working on arranging utility networks. The center will require 9 MW of electricity and 9,500 kW of thermal capacity to operate, which will require solving financial and administrative issues.
