Three historical buildings to be auctioned in Ufa

An auction for three historical buildings owned by the municipality has been announced in Ufa, Glavarhitektura reports.

The following objects are put up for auction: "The Estate of Vasily Polikarpovich Bessarabov" (Kommunisticheskaya St., 38; 464 sq.m.), a building from the "Chernikovsk City Development Ensemble of the 1950s" (Pobedy St., 22; 637 sq.m.), "Zheltoukhov House" (Chernyshevsky St., 108; 277 sq.m.).

The owners will receive land plots under the cultural heritage sites on lease. The new owners of the buildings will have to comply with the requirements of the law on cultural heritage.

Applications are accepted until March 30. The auction results will be announced on April 4, 2025.

It was previously reported that 37 architectural monuments will be renovated in Ufa.
