Bashkiria breaks investment record
The investment volume in Bashkiria's economy increased by 9.7% in 2024. In nominal terms, it reached 783.8 billion rubles, a record for the entire history of observations, as reported by the financial department of the Ufa administration regarding Russia Statistical Agency.
Regarding the amount of attracted capital, the republic took second place in the Volga Federal District, overtaking the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Tatarstan is in first place, with investments in 2024 amounting to 1.4 trillion rubles, up 12.7% in comparable prices. Last year, 728.2 billion rubles were invested in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, an increase of 1.8%.
