Sports complex with track and field arena to be built in Ufa
A contract has been signed in Ufa to develop a project to construct a sports complex with a track and field arena and an Olympic reserve school in the Zaton-Vostochny district. The design work will cost 88 million rubles. The data is posted on the state procurement website.
According to the published documentation, the new facility will include an indoor track and field arena with an area of 11 thousand square meters and an Olympic reserve school with an area of 8 thousand square meters. The project will also include a 190-bed hotel, a dormitory for 160 people, and a canteen.
The sports complex's construction will last from 2025 to 2028. The federal, Republican, and city budgets will provide their financing. It is also planned to attract extra-budgetary funds.
