Apartment rental prices have started to decrease in Ufa. Over the past three months, the cost has been reduced by 7%. Now, the average price for rent in the Bashkir capital is 25 thousand rubles, reports Avito. Real Estate.
Meanwhile, despite the decrease in cost, offers are growing. Compared to December 2024, offers on the long-term rental market increased by 13%, and demand rose by the same amount.
In January 2025, the cheapest apartments to rent in Russia were in Bryansk (18 thousand rubles per month), Kirov (20 thousand rubles), Ulyanovsk (22 thousand rubles), Yaroslavl, Ivanovo, and Saratov (23 thousand rubles each), and Smolensk and Voronezh (24 thousand rubles each).
The highest prices are in Moscow (70 thousand rubles), Khabarovsk (45 thousand rubles), Sochi (40 thousand rubles) and St. Petersburg (39 thousand rubles).
