Bashkiria hit Top 3 regions with best employment prospects

Analysts from hh.ru reported the results of the country's regions rating by employment prospects at the beginning of the first quarter of 2025. The Top 3 included Amur Oblast, Tatarstan and Bashkiria.

 The best region in terms of employment prospects at the beginning of 2025 was Amur Oblast, which scored 77.40 points. Tatarstan was second (77.30 points). Bashkiria took third place in the rating, scoring 76.53 points and improving its results compared to the fourth quarter of last year by two positions.

According to hh.ru, there are 4.4 resumes per active vacancy in Bashkiria over the past three months, which indicates moderate competition for jobs. The median salary offered in the republic is 79,100 rubles. At the same time, the subsistence minimum for the working-age population is more than five times lower — 14,991 rubles. Among job seekers, 74.8% note in their resumes that they are definitely not ready to move, and only 1.3%, on the contrary, would like to leave.

Moscow traditionally ended up in the second half of the rating, taking 66th place (68.76 points), having lost one position over the year. The capital has a higher competition for jobs than most other regions — 5.5 resumes per vacancy. However, the ratio of the median salary to the subsistence minimum is quite low — 100,000 rubles to 25,879 rubles.

As Bashinform previously reported, the unemployment rate in Bashkiria remains record low.
